CORNEAL DIAGNOSTICS
Changes of the cornea such as keratoconus or keratoglobus require specialised imaging of the corneal surface. Special imaging (a Scheimpflug camera) can be used to reliably diagnose any abnormalities. The same technique is also required for the fitting of contact lenses.
This information is also required in the run-up to refractive surgery, for example for LASIK surgery, and we are happy to provide independent advice on these procedures.
